Folks who go for healthy snacking can choose to add a few slices of multigrain toast to go with their fruit bowls.

Say bye to burnouts due to isolation, unmanageable workload, or distractions. Make sure you’re practising workday self-care every day. Listen to your favourite playlist that makes you focused and energized. You can diffuse essential oils or light incense sticks to boost the mood.
