Are you in a 9 to 5 job? Or do you work grueling night shifts? Either way, you are unlikely to have much time for your skin care routine. Here’s how you can bring the colour back into your cheeks the easy way:
Eats right: Boost your energy and give your skin the power of antioxidants, vitamins, and essential oils by munching on nut mixes, fruits, and salads. Drink at least two cups of green tea and lemon infused water to keep skin hydrated and glowing.
Minimalist makeup: Try to use minimal make-up when you go to work. Look for multi-tasking products like BB cream that protects your skin, and hides skin flaws at the same time. A liner and sweep of your favourite lip colour should do the trick.
Never forget the sunscreen: Keep your skin protected from photo-damage with sunscreen. Apply it at least 20 minutes before stepping out. Apply it before you put on your makeup.
Keep wet wipes and mists at hand: You may not feel like a full-blown cleansing routine after you get back home, but ensure to wipe away the grime with a wet wipe, and they spray some thermal water to hydrate and tone your skin.
